Previous Episode
The Cerulean Knights are after a player who violated the user agreement and modified his weapon. Kamui eventually captures
him and when she does, she vows to capture everyone who breaks the rules that were mentioned in the user agreement. The punishment
for violating the agreement is both the elimination of their character and the deletion of their ID. To make matters worse,
this deletion is done in the town where everyone can see. The crowd looks on in amazement as Kamui openly punishes a number
of the characters (one of them because she changed the color of her outfit so she could stand out). She ties them up to a
large slots machine that she controls with her lever. Each person is placed one a different square. When she pulls the lever,
they characters spin on the board and the knights shoot arrows at them. In the end, everyone is deleted.
Mireille is a bit disturbed after watching the execution. However, Sanjuro knows it is only a matter of time before the
Cerulean Knights find out about the power of Shugo's bracelet. Once they do, he will certainly be deleted and the search
for Rena will be over.
Balmung communicates with the CC Corporation over their recent decision to leave matters in the hands of the Cerulean
Knights. Balmung claims that their methods are too harsh and if they continue to act the same way, the players may start
to leave. The CC Corporation says replies that just because someone was a good player does not mean they will be a good system
administrator. Reki then shows up agreeing with CC Corp's decision to let Kamui do it her way
Determined to find another edited monster, Shugo attacks monster after monster in hopes of finding one that will lead
him to Rena. The hackers watch him in the background, but they are being careful to keep a low profile otherwise CC Corp
might catch them. One of the hackers gets a report that Blackrose opened her eyes. They do not understand how this could
have happened since they copied the software perfectly. They think that either there is a defect in the software or that
they were misinformed. To solve this problem one of the hackers logs into the game and checks it out. When he logs in, he
is immediately spotted by Rena and he quickly recognizes Aura as the one who woke her up.
Rena is still with Aura but she has no clue where. When Rena asks Aura, all she can say is that they are someone in the
World but not connected to it. Wondering how she can get back to "The World", a red haired kid showed up and startles
Rena. Determined to delete and illegally edited characters, Kamui has captured Komiyan who is still part frog thanks to Shugo's
Data Drain. He lies in his cell whining about Kunisaki's Data Drain. Kamui is interested and Komiyan quickly draws Shugo's
picture and Kamui recognizes him hanging around Balmung earlier.
Rena runs up to the boy and asks how he got there. The boy replied that he is not sure and that he snuck onto his brother's
computer. When the kid tells the other hackers that Aura is with Rena, Aura decides to read the data information to find
out where they are. When the hackers learn about what Aura is trying to do, they quickly log the character out. The only
thing that Aura and Rena learned was that they were on the JP server.
As Shugo walks into town, the Cerulean Knights arrest him for suspicion of using an illegal item to violate the rules
of the game. They tell him that he is a suspect. When the Knights go to arrest Shugo, a figure shows up to help defend him.
The figure says the Cerulean Knights are nothing more than a pack of dogs who call themselves knights. They claim they do
justice for the system but he will show the knights what true justice is. He saves Shugo and tells him to escape while he
handles the Knights. Instead, Shugo decides to show the Knights the power of his bracelet and he Data Drains them, turning
the Cerulean Knights into scarecrows and the mysterious stranger compliments him.
Back in the dungeon, the hackers decide to reinforce the area, which will contain Aura and not allow her to interfere
with their plans. Back in the square, the mysterious stranger is captured by the Cerulean Knights and Sanjuro identifies
him as the Legendary Silver Knight. He then goes and tells Mireille and Hotaru that he was once the leader of the Crimson
Knights and he helped keep the system in order. However he is now captured and is on trial by Kamui for helping to aid in
the escape of a wanted player and as punishment, he will be deleted for him crimes. Silver Knight explains that a leader
is supposed to have noble ideals and not treat those below them like garbage. Kamui could only reply by saying if he does
not like it then just do not play.
Silver Knight then says that controlling the masses through fear will not work and eventually the people will rise up.
Kamui calmly replies that she will deal with this when it happens. She then starts the pulls the lever and Silver Knight
is shot. Before he is deleted, Silver Knight he cries out Lady Subaru's name. In an ally, Balmung is found out about his
involvement in the search for the missing characters and is demoted to only a player. Kamui is ecstatic about the news and
she wants to use the knowledge of him aiding an illegal character to delete him.
Reiki is there beside Kamui and informs her that he was the one that sold Balmung out. Reki's justifies his actions by
claiming that "I wasn't getting paid for all the work I was doing for Balmung." He also explains that he is now
Kamui's boyfriend. After the deletion of Silver Knight, Shugo manages to escape through a portal just ahead of the knights.
Back in the dungeon, Aura learns that there is an area of The World where they might be able to send a message to someone.
However the hackers are trying to increase the protection around the area so she has to hurry with the email. Soon, Aura
fades out, but as she does, Shugo is ecstatic because he has just received an email.
